Every business has a beginning, and ours started in 2001 with a simple idea: to help businesses of all sizes share their story through products people are proud to wear and use. What began as a family vision called Promo540 quickly grew into a trusted partner for creative, high-quality promotional products, screen-printed clothing, and embroidered apparel. From the very start, our mission has been rooted in values close to home—hard work, creativity, and genuine service.

By 2009, that vision expanded into 540Brands, giving us the opportunity to design, manufacture, and distribute officially licensed apparel and headwear. What started with a few trusted names like CaseIH, International Harvester, and Farmall has grown into partnerships with some of the world’s most recognized brands—Smith & Wesson, Gulf Oil, Kick Brass, ACDC, Pink Floyd, Kane Brown, Riley Green, and more. Today, our products can be found in thousands of retail locations across North America and beyond.

As a family-owned company, we’ve always believed in doing things the right way. Our team is hands-on at every step—from design and production to marketing and distribution.
